Personal Fitness Training
Endeavor offers both in-person and virtual Personal Fitness Training.
Our Personal Fitness Training is designed to improve the overall level of fitness of each participant while simultaneously educating them on the principles of physical fitness training, proper technique and injury prevention. Our training sessions are well-rounded, and incorporate each of the key components of physical fitness development: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and balance. While foundational in concept, our training sessions focus on using the fundamentals of sports medicine to push each client to advanced levels of personal fitness.
All of our Personall Fitness Training sessions are 75 minutes, and consist of 60 minutes of physical training and 15 minutes of nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
Integrated Performance Coaching
Endeavor offers both in-person and virtual Integrated Performance Coaching.
Our Integrated Performance Coaching builds upon foundational fitness levels and experience with the aim of optimizing performance in a specific athletic discipline or for a specific event or adventure.
Our Integrated Performance Coaching program begins by partnering with each client to complete a comprehensive fitness, nutrition and lifestyle assessment, and to understand each clients ethos and approach towards their training. From there, we work with each client to better define their goal, and to identify the unique characteristics and challenges on their pathway to achieving it. Next, a roadmap is created.
Each client is provided with a plan designed to get them from where they are, to exactly where they want to be. Our plans leave no stone unturned. From the demands of the clients daily schedule to the terrain and conditions of their final objective, our goal is to deliver each client with a plan that is as comprehensive and functional as it is effective. Finally, we take every step of the journey together. Scheduled sessions and unlimited access means we are in constant communication with our client, ensuring they have the support, accountability and encouragement they need every step of the way.

With this package, each participant still receives an individual training program and personal instruction, but also benefits from participating in a group forum, yielding a greater exchange of information, team cohesion and planning among the group.

Endeavor offers both in-person and virtual Selection Training & Preparation packages.
Passing selection isn't just about being fit. It is about building a resilient body, a disciplined mind and a fighting spirit. It is about becoming better for your own sake, and for that of others. It is about learning to be independent, while at the same time learning to serve a team.
Our Selection Training & Preparation program was created to support those interested in pursuing careers in government service and/or special operations. We partner with each client to complete a comprehensive fitness, nutrition and lifestyle assessment, and to understand each clients ethos and approach towards their training and goals. A compressive program is then created, and the work begins.
